Homes delivers security—securely. Homes gives you a maintenance history of your home as well as the ability to file reports, view report status, and approve or deny repairs.
Starting a report is a simple, tap "File Report" and start the process.
Imagine the air conditioning unit goes out in the middle of a hot summer night. What are you supposed to do, wait until 8:00am the following morning to submit a repair request? Not anymore.

If you find yourself wondering if the faucet in the kitchen has ever been fixed or replaced, look no further than “Completed Reports”.
Within the App Settings menu, you can browse the full history of your home (all reports logged with Homes). As you move to a new home, you'll see what has been done with the property, instantly. Everything from plumbing, roofing history, and the most recent carpet installation is available for review.

Have you ever tried to repair something yourself because you didn’t want to bother with complex paper based forms? Yeah, we’ve been there too.
With Homes, after a report is filed and a repair has been addressed, you simply tap Approve or Reject. If rejected, we keep working with you until there is no longer a problem. Once approved, you will forever have a historical view of all the maintenance completed on your home.

Homes leverages all DoD SRG IL-5 services provided by Amazon GovCloud and is fully NIAP Compliant with Monkton Rebar, meeting and exceeding all requirements for storage of PII/EPHI.
